Broadly speaking, we pay our educators in three ways.
Please note that our educators are all self-employed, and the contract is for services provided by the educator to us.

We are always on the lookout for experienced specialist authors of distance learning materials.
Authors are required to write new courses or, more often, to revise and update existing courses. Specifications change regularly and it is necessary to adapt existing materials for new purposes. In addition, we have a policy of continuous improvement for all courses.
See the sample written or video course module in the resource table, this is typically the standard of material required, our content creation team will take the written or video module and build all the additional learning resources from the glossary to the module summary.
Authors must be subject specialists with a number of years experience of teaching their subject, also some experience as a published writer. Familiarity with the latest specifications is expected. Content creation and page-layout skills are also an asset.
Experience in developing courses for an online environment (LMS) is also valuable.
Authors are employed on a freelance basis to undertake specific commissions for a set fee. The fee is negotiated between the author and our editorial department.

We welcome expressions of interest from specialist authors in all the academic subjects we currently offer and fields of learning we may not already be practicing in.
We can employ on a full or part-time basis or as a freelancer, to undertake specific commissions for a set fee. The freelancer fee is negotiated between the author/educator and our editorial department.
