It depends on which course you complete. Most of our course qualification certificates will take between two to four weeks to arrive.
However, some awarding bodies certificates take a little bit longer, taking between ten to 12 weeks to arrive due to outside moderation.
We aim to despatch your order within 7 days of your order.
Please allow up to 14 days as the items will be despatched via Royal Mail.
An Academic Reference will usually be emailed to you within 7 days of your request.
Please check your junk mail, if you do not have the reference within 7 days, please call customer support and let us know.
